The most common one that most couples are looking for is Wedding Day Coordinator or also known as Day of Coordination. Below is a link to a more detailed list of those services. These are included in both of the wedding planning packages.
· Unlimited phone and email communication
· Up to 20 in-person planning/meetings as needed
· Customized planning with timeline and complete checklist
· Budget planning and management
· Complete custom design
· Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials
· $100 credit for decorations/floral services for bridal shower or engagement party
· Venue/Vendor research, contract review and booking
· Venue walk-thru to determine layout
· Create floor plans, seating charts, tenting design and layout
· Attendance at all vendor meetings
· Rehearsal and coordination of ceremony run through
· Book Hotel Blocks for guests
· Arrange guest and wedding party transportation if needed
· Wedding day timeline
· Contact all vendors prior to the wedding to finalize details
· Ceremony Planning (ie script/vows)
· Provide etiquette advice including tipping
· Day-of-coordinator and Event Assistant on-site for up to 12 hours
· Unlimited email support
· 10 hours of in person /phone call consultation/meetings (not including initial consult, rehearsal or wedding)
· Budget Planning and Management
· Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials
· Venue/Vendor research and contract review
· Venue walk-thru to discuss guest flow and layout planning
· Detailed wedding day timeline
· Contact all vendors prior to the wedding to finalize and confirm their services
